  I recognized internal needs for enhanced Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to oversee customer deployments and device performance. I not only defined these KPIs but also lead the development of a internal product. From conceptualization to ongoing development, this initiative has empowered data-driven decision-making and is now an integral part of daily operations, fostering collaboration and data sharing across the organization.Externally, I collaborated with stakeholders to pivot a static project towards a product-oriented approach.
