  Part of the Planning Team as a Work Pack Preparer for implementing jobs in a safe and secure way at the site. Emergency Jobs handling, Planned Changeovers, Startup - Shut down, PM, CM & Online Leak Sealing/OLS, Shut Down, Schedule Breaker, Plant Emergency) permit to work compliance, Risk Assessment of JobsRole & Responsibilities:Developing work packs for mechanical piping related TAR work instructions at the asset locations as assigned through work identification and prioritization processes.Preparation of detailed scopes, work packs, materials list for the TAR work instructions.Obtaining technical input from Discipline Engineers / TAs for the development of work instructions/packs, major/minor plant changes and major repairs.Proactively engaging the Supply Chain, vendors and subcontractors to ensure work is scheduled accurately based on material and vendor availability dates.Maintaining all assigned work instructions in the associated computer systems.Preparation permits and Task Risk Assessments for all scopes.Liaising with operations focal points to ensure execution methodology is understood and aligned with operating codes. Production of job cards. & Production of method statements.Ensure all aspects of the Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Scope of Work (SOW) are addressed within the work pack.Provide technical input during the design phase, with an emphasis on the constructability of the design.Identify an increase or reduction in scope, raising the necessary support documentation within the Change Management process.Generate the estimated construction man-hours and costs for construction scopes, materials, and equipment into Project CTRs.Experienced in identifying and understanding Mechanical Drawings. عرض أقل
