Integral support for DOD Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) directive supporting comm renovations for multiple buildings relocating over 600 personnel requiring telephone, SIPRnet and NIPRnet. Handpicked for several programs such as the Tele-Communications Officer. Restored the neglected program by coordinating with 44 gov’t agencies to identify and organize telephone registry of 6200 phone lines. Saved over $500,000 in yearly billing by developing unique tracking program to inventory and account for 100% of the installations phone lines and circuits resulting in disconnecting 2000+ unused phone lines .
