      Responsible for the transition of the Customer Service and Sales Support team (onshore and offshore) to the new company, Viva Energy Australia, focusing on a smooth and successful transition with no impact to the business and customers. This was part of the A$2.9 billion Shell Australia downstream business sale in February 2014. Provided project management support to the Business Development Managers in their strategic initiatives with focus on improving profitability and successful implementation. Responsible for implementing organisation changes that streamlined the customer service operations and its technologies for 2 international businesses (Marine and Aviation) into a shared service, which was part of Shell’s global SAP implementation. Managed the deployment of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to the sales teams across 11 countries. The implementation costs US$20 millions and was part of the connect application to the global SAP system. Managed the implementing an in-house built Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that integrates with the local SAP system for 8 countries. Responsible for software rollout to over 500 retail sites in Australia, IT infrastructure implementation and managing third party software development and deployment for the Retail and Commercial marketing team. Responsible for various technical roles which includes Customer Service Centre support and web maintenance and development projects.
