      Support the Chief Information Officer of Lloyds Banking Group in both managing the day to day running of the business and in managing stakeholders and governance. Key focuses include Management Information, Strategy and Governance, headcount planning as well as providing executive support.Prepare, analyse, review, brief and present a range of reports and papers, investigating issues with the relevant business areas, this includes upto Group IT and Group Digital board level.Act on behalf of the Group CIO to prepare updates on specific items or key governance committees.Work closely with the 15 direct reports all at director level to ensure that all business submissions and actions are delivered on time and to the required standard to all governance forums and committees.Optimise the time of the CIO by planning and co-ordinating their activities to ensure the biggest impact i.e. Operating Committee meetings, Away Days, Extended Leadership meetings, External and Internal speaking events.Screen all incoming information and communications directed to the executive office to include responding, re-routing and prioritising.Engage with and manage all external and internal stakeholders, providing guidance, advise and challenge to ensure the CIO is appropriately represented and responsive.Build and maintain networks in order to influence the CIO agenda and strategy.Manage compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements and implement actions to protect the Bank's business at all times.Secretary for the CIO Operating Committee meeting ensuring its overall effectiveness and adequate governance.Co-Ordinate team and site visits and other methods of colleague interaction. To include quarterly face to face sessions with 500+ permanent/partner colleagues.Manage 'special projects' on behalf of the CIO and in conjunction with other central functions and divisions across the group.
