  Le gouvernement de Côte d'Ivoire, financé par la Banque mondiale, a lancé le Projet des Chaînes de valeur Compétitives pour l’Emploi et la Transformation économique (PCCET). La composante 2 vise à améliorer l'accès au financement dans les chaînes de valeur en soutenant douze institutions de microfinance (IMF) pour la phase pilote. Ces IMF ont des défis majeurs liés à l'absence d'un système d'information performant offrant des opérations numérisées et de services mobiles. Le gouvernement de Côte d'Ivoire à travers PCCET veut doter les IMFs d’une plateforme technologique mutualisée robuste pour soutenir leur croissance. Ma mission, en tant que consultant chef de projet, est de piloter la mise en place d’un SIG mutualisée intégrant les services mobiles pour douze (12) IMFs sélectionnées pour la phase pilote et extensible à de nouveaux IMF.
