      International Cruise & Excursions negotiated a master licensing agreement with Sears Holdings on it's newest travel product offering "Sears Vacations" A online travel agency that would evolve into Sears Vacations Direct Access. A portal that would guarantee best pricing in the hotel, cruise, rental car and resort categories. My assignment was to roll out the Sears Vacations prototype consisting of Sears in-store tests and field marketing/promotion within the Phoenix market and install a lead generation and data capture platform that could be scaled nationally and become the back bone to fuel distribution through the Sears Vacations sales galleries and open house sales format. The marketing & sales tests were successful and that lead to my initiatives in coordinating a national rollout of Sears stores in California, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts & Florida. Also successfully tested Hotel Program as an option to the traditional static sales center or gallery. Long term expansion goals 300 stores by 2017. Show less
