  At Red Hat I am responsible for the success of consulting engagements at our largest telecom customers. We succeed by enabling our customers' transformation from legacy systems and networks to cloud infrastructure, orchestration and automation based around Openstack, Openshift, Ansible and other products in Red Hat's portfolio. My role is to own the lifecycle of each our engagements, from pre-sales, scoping and contracts to staffing, implementation and revenue management and finally ensuring customer satisfaction after closing out our engagement. In addition I directly manage a number of consultants where I am responsible for enabling them to succeed in their career as a technical consultant.
