Show less A 2 year graduate management Programme1: School Children and Families: Strategy and Innovation Team-Led on stakeholder engagement with Voluntary and community organisations in developing a Voluntary and Community Strategy for SCF. -Led on the implementation of the first ever local authority Social Impact bond and the creation of the new frontline intervention service: Multi Systemic Therapy. This scheme operated by a payment by results/outcome based contract with overall savings of £17.3 m for ECC over 5 years, this was achieved through a significant reduction in the number of young people in the care system.2: Cabinet and Leader’s Office-Supporting the Leader of the Council, writing speeches, briefings and press releases.- Led on the “Your Essex, Let’s talk” campaign, supporting Cabinet members in engaging with Essex residents, gathering and analysing qualitative feedback regarding ECC and its services.-Organised and facilitated a 2 month induction Programme for all County elected members - Supporting the Head of Corporate Services and the Communications Team.3: Deputy Chief Executive Portfolio: Delivery Transitions Team-Led on projects from Outline Business Case to full implementation including, Youth Service, School Crossing Patrols, ACL, Gypsie and Travelers and Community Link.4:Family Operations: Divisional Based Intervention Team (D-BIT Service)- Led on operational and strategic projects within frontline services, including MST, Fostering and Adoption, Reunification, Family Solutions and the Youth Offending Team.-Worked directly with young people and their families within the reunification and D-BIT teams, alongside Social workers delivering a Solution focused therapy.- Led on funding/grant process for all Quadrant teams, bidding and securing over £10k funding for summer activities working in partnership with Enable East and The Big Lottery Fund.-Worked from Sep 2012-2014 on the set up and BAU of the frontline intervention service D-BIT Show less
