  I completed a three and a half year apprenticeship at Hofmann engineering. After the completion of my apprenticeship I joined the Hofmann site services team and had the opportunity to learn fitting and machining skills and the opportunities to travel to West Africa for three weeks working on a gold mine in West Ghana as well as multiple trips to the Pilbara regain and was also given the privilege of doing repair work on two different submarines currently deployed in the Australian navy. As well as other small jobs on Alcoa, Riotinto, BHP and FMG sites. Show less
