  Innovative Health and Wellness is a primary care doctors office located in the heart of Pompano Beach, Florida. Our physicians, Drs’ Stephen and Scott Silverstein, are father and son and board certified in Family Medicine. They both practice Hospital and Office Medicine and are currently on staff at Holy Cross Hospital and Broward Health- Imperial Point Medical Center. The idea behind our medical practice is to provide professional medical services in a modern environment to help you achieve better health through prevention. The office is a friendly, comfortable, and relaxing place that openly welcomes anyone in need of a Primary Care Physician (PCP). In our modern environment, all of the latest medical equipment, technology, and wellness programs available today in healthcare can be found under one roof. This includes testing such as: Digital X-ray Imaging, Onsite Laboratory, Electronic Health Records, Bone Density and Ultrasound/ Echocardiography. With a focus on prevention, wellness, and patient satisfaction, we have been serving the Pompano Beach and Broward County community for greater than 50 years.   Our goal is to preserve Medicare fee for service for all physicians while gaining leverage in the market to capitalize on shared savings. With our physician members growing, our goal is to negotiate and partner with all the hospital systems in Broward County and then the rest of Florida always remembering that our allegiance is to our INDEPENDENT physician members. Because our overhead is lower than hospital affiliated ACO’s, we are able to pass on more savings to our physicians. The cost of healthcare is unsustainable and the status quo is no longer an option if you wish to stay INDEPENDENT. We are actively looking for physicians who believe in quality healthcare and to help grow our network of physicians. PremierMD is able to offer physicians the opportunity to participate in an Accountable Care Organization and receive the benefit of shared savings without restrictions or financial obligations. With the combined efforts of all parties, we will maintain the highest quality, obtain and share data, and benefit in our cost savings.   Reimbursement is moving from volume-based fee-for-service to value-based contracting, rewarding doctors for providing quality over quantity when it comes to delivering care. Our model actively represents practices on behalf of the network with single signature power and the contracting functionality is a by-product to support the mission of clinical integration. The key function of our clinically integrated network of primary care physicians and specialists is to maximize performance as an active and productive Quality and Utilization Management Program that measurably affects patient care costs and outcomes.Together, with the combined efforts of all our participants and the comprehensive coordination of care, we can provide the highest level of quality and cost-effective medical service to patients of our community.PremierMD IPA Healthcare works with commercial health plans to achieve fair and competitive performance-based contracts for physician providers as well as supportive provider relations. By entering into one contract with PremierMD IPA Healthcare, we are able to maintain a single credentials file for each physician while the physician gains access to multiple payor contracts. Additionally, the commercial insurance company or payor can execute one contract with PremierMD IPA Healthcare enabling access to the credentialed physicians who participate in the IPA, thus ensuring that we have fair and balanced contracts with payors that result in a win-win situation for all parties.
