  • Manage and communicate with subcontractors for payment submissions for the 12 active projects. Review, collate and process all subcontract documents. • Create and submit on time KCG (owner) pay applications for the 12 active projects and work closely with accounting for successful draws.• Assist with the development and management of the Procore electronic folder organization and document naming conventions that will be developed and utilized over the course of a construction project including, but not limited to, Architectural Documents, Contract Documents, Pay Forms, Lien Releases, Field Reports, Financial Control Reports, Inspection Reports, and project closeout.• Assist with the development and management of logs required to manage and report the contents of the various folders , with emphasis on invoices and payment applications for approval.• Process PCCO's, PCO's and CCO's through all active projects.• Provide administrative support across the company departments Show less
