  Commercial manager for Contracting, Quarry and Crusher divisions of Nass Asphalt.Manage all costs relating to projects from the initial calculations to the final figures.To provide strategic advice on cost control measures.• Develop & Monitoring KPI of departments• Responsible for the Operating Budget of the Contracting, Quarry and Crusher divisions.• Prepare and present the Quarterly financial reports and Business plan for the year.• Present the profitability and Cash Flow of the Contracting Division to the Board of Directors.• Enhance relationships in dealings with client, consultants and regulatory authorities and ensure all agreements are implemented.• Guide the Site Quantity Surveyor and provide related guidance for financial appraisals. Provide Strategic Commercial Leadership to the Quantity Surveyors of the site and work. Build a knowledge base for all sites Quantity surveyors to utilise resources and equipment to achieve contract completion within budget and time.• Provide leadership to site Quantity Surveyors and monitor the QA procedures are adhered as per contract terms and conditions.• Advise on the financial aspect of the contract documents, including bills of quantities.Advise the Estimation Dept on the financial aspect of the tendering documents.Approve the major bills of Sub-contractor's.• Participate in Management Meetings, Business Development Meetings and provide financial and technical advice on achieving the growth and objectives of the Company.
