For a large online retailer, he managed the implementation of a Customer Relationship Marketing system, using the tools to analyze and segment customers by their purchasing behavior, and building a 1-to-1 communications platform. For an industry-leading educational publisher, he identified enterprise-wide requirements, managed the selection, customization, and implementation of a sales order, warehouse, and accounting system, and architected custom web applications as enhancements.
