      This role stitches together people leadership, strategy, and retention. Regular cross collaboration with our Sales, Media Buying, Video Production, Ops, and Data Analytics teams is central to the role and required to maintain monthly account revenue, ensure up to date internal resources, and disperse and teach the most up to date strategies.Daily tasks include supporting 10 direct reports, leading strategy sessions aimed at retaining high risk or canceling business and backed by reporting from Google Analytics, the Trade Desk, and Meta, and curating and maintaining tidy and efficient operations and policy regarding high risk accounts, and training internal teams on the latest developments regarding our in-market Programmatic Video products.
