Supervise during transportation and at the site while also attending weekly meetings with staff to address conflicts and fill the role of Big if absent. Attend Community Outreach Professional Development Dinners and Training. Guide and empower children’s lives who come from underprivileged backgrounds through creating meaningful relationships as a Big Sister with my assigned Little.
