  This year's LEoE edition focused on the change from the traditional teaching system to an online-adapted system in Higher Education, namely, in the existing teaching and assessment methods and in those that could be implemented in the future, such as Blended Learning. Thus, the event started from an analysis and discussion of ideas, as a way of trying to understand the usefulness of online teaching based on the advantages and disadvantages of the experience of teachers and students in the adaptation occurred and its impact on their lives.As Report Responsible I had the opportunity to prepare a report on the themes addressed during the LEoE'21 event: the teaching models used, from the on-site, online, hybrid and blended learning model. During this position I carried out an analysis of the articles and sessions, structuring and organizing the information, later in a report. With this position, I developed critical analysis, organization and writing skills. Show less Debate It is a student competition organized by BEST Porto that brings together students from FEUP and FCUP, with the aim of motivating students to discuss ideas on contemporary issues in the world of science and technology, such as cloning, space exploration and artificial intelligence, thus providing enriching experiences in the “art of arguing”.As Marketing Responsible, I had the following responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the Social Media Team;- Define the entire Visual Identity, Toolkit and the graphic design of the event materials;- Define the entire event promotion: establish contacts with the media, organize the promotion in different communication channels (social networks, email) and do the follow-up of the event. Show less As a member of the Staff Talent Online Bootcamp ISCTE IBS and AEFEUP, I was responsible for managing the presentation operations between 322 bootcampers and more than 200 professionals from 150 companies, with the mission to ensure that bootcampers and companies had, in a virtual room, the necessary resources to meet each other and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
