  I was responsible for the orientation and training of new crew. I would complete documentation for each person trained on each station, and was held accountable. I assisted the shift supervisors by managing small portions of the restaurant, and coach crew to improve their skills and procedures. -Training-Area Management-Orientating As a crew member I learnt basic customer service skills, how to communicate with customers and work in a team with my peers to achieve goals set by the management team.
