Managed all stages of a major high profile strategic business intelligence project to provide John Lewis with enhanced insight into profitability by product, channel, catchment and fulfilment method. This involved building a team of 20+ people to develop an application using the following solution components: Ab Initio ETL, IBM DB2 data warehouse, SAP Business Objects and Oracle Essbase analytics.- Gift Cards. Managed the initiation and initial delivery stages of a pan-partnership project to introduce electronic gift cards into both John Lewis and Waitrose.
