      I serve three roles in my current position. Across these roles, the most integral skills I exercise are time management, organization, and clear, effective communication. My primary role is to oversee and manage the full life cycle of a candidate's onboarding process from the moment of offer to their start date. My secondary role is to coordinate and organize recruiting events such as career fairs for CHI representatives to attend. The main function of this role is to organize event data and determine if the event is worth attending again. The last role I fulfill is as a trainer to new TACs. In this role, I was charged with collaborating with members of a small team to write and edit training documentation as well as implement a training schedule. This meant that in addition to my day to day tasks, I would perform training sessions via Zoom with the new additions to our team. As a result of holding these roles, I have exercised the ability to effectively manage tasks with varying deadlines as well as act as a liaison between the candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and our Employee Health team.
