Billing workflow which aims at replacing the numerous email exchange by a workflow with a template which captures all the key elements to process the billing request, secure the process, automate the cycle time calculation and keep an audit trail. Already live for UK Power, Germany Power & Belgium. On going for France and UK Grid. She is doing a very good change management job to explain, convince, train the business. Reporting per tier and automation which now give visibility per tier of our billing performance and allow constructive business review with our key stakeholders.
