For the controlling piece, I was the owner of the Try&Buy process and the main point of contact for all EMEA Global 500. I was responsible to manage the open T&B items and reduce the backlog of overdue T&Bs for Global 500. For the Financial planning piece, I was responsible for the weekly business review process that involves owning the reporting of actuals, actively participation in weekly reviews, and managing the weekly regional outlook process.
