  Duties included taking pictures of the passengers at various times a and locations around the ship and on the shore. Developing the films and printing the pictures using Durst printing machines. Selling the pictures to the passengers in the photo shop. I started at the bottom as a junior photographer and then progressed to assistant manager and darkroom manager. A great job to learn how to work as a team and interact with members of the public from over 60 different countries.

  Employed as an assistant to renowned advertising car photographer Tally Noy. I worked as both a personal assistant to Tall Noy as well as working as a studio assistant at Eastside Studios when they were hired out to other photographers. Duties included setting up studio lighting, loading film, setting up camera equipment, processing films. I worked in the UK and in Europe on various car shoots for Ford, BMW & Rover.

I have been freelance for over 8 years now since leaving a senior staff job on a regional London newspaper. Recent commissions have included construction images at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 for Eurovia, Commonwealth Games pictures for Ford Motor Company, highways work in Cheshire, Wiltshire and The Isle of Wight and marketing and editorial work for the NHS North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) and Elevate (Barking & Dagenham Council).I have recently written a professional lighting article for Photo Pro magazine helping to teach location lighting using small flashguns.   I love photography and received my first camera at the age of 13, a Pentax K1000 that belonged to my dad who is still a keen photographer. I used to photograph aviation, visiting airshows with my father and friends. My hobby and love for photography grew and I built my own darkroom at home in the utility room.I now specialise in Automotive, Construction and PR photography.
