  • Installation, programming, and maintenance for Variable speed drives (VFDs) and soft starters interconnected with programmable logic controllers (PLC) to perform automatic and manual control for motors.• Install and maintain emergency pull switches for the conveyor belt and magnet detection system responsible for detecting metal on the conveyor belt. • Monitoring the SCADA and PLC system, and generating solutions in case of license failure• Installation, programming, and maintenance of microcontrollers such as BTC, and YOKOGAWA responsible for controlling the temperature in an enclosed environment and fluid levels using inputs such as thermocouples, ultrasonic sensors, and flow meters.• Troubleshooting of complex control circuits and PCBs which are responsible for controlling systems such as timely control forward-reverse with limit switches, sequence control of motors powered by VSDs & soft starters, and processes involving sensors such as pneumatic positioners, actuators, solenoids. • Calibration and maintenance of conveyor belt weightometer.• Installation and maintenance of flow meters, flow switches, pressure transmitters, pressure switches, and level sensors.• Programming digital and analog extension lines, cloning telephone lines, and overseeing communication mine-wide.• The general maintenance and oil changing of transformers ranging from 20KVA to 1500KVA.• Isolation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the electrostatic precipitator at the roaster plant.• Organizing DOL, Forward-Reverse, and Star-Delta starters in cell boards and distribution boards, and automatic/manual control system.• Installation, and maintenance of motors ranging from 0.37kW to 410kW and testing the condition of a motor during breakdowns using an insulation tester.• Termination and splicing of 3.3kV cables at sub-stations.• Installation and maintenance of kiln burners and boilers.• Isolating of LT and HT switch gears for breakdowns or maintenance purposes.
