  As a cashier, I was responsible for taking orders and making food for the members of the club. I also had to serve the food as well. As a lifeguard, I had to enforce the rules around the pool at all times to ensure safety. I watched the children in the pool when I was on active duty to make sure the rules and regulations were being followed at all times. I tended to members whenever they needed assistance.

  I was responsible for maintaining a certain look to the store by doing shipment and restocking the shelves when needed. I aided customers whenever they needed it. I was also responsible for mentioning the sales going on and any new products that recently came into the store in order to get sales.

The goal is to help tell stories through the people who work here and the company. I have also done small projects involving helping kids get assigned to counselors and making sure things stay up to date.

  I took a capstone course that allowed me to work closely with Buzz Bikes. They wanted to better understand purchase paths and exploration for their product. Additionally, they also wanted to better understand their audience and market their product to cater to their users' wants and needs. I was a part of the User Research team. This involved gathering information through designing and distributing surveys, observational studies, creating personas, as well as conducting in-depth interviews to gather insights. Based on the findings, my group developed a targeted marketing strategy aimed at reaching the ideal user demographic. Additionally, we compiled a detailed process book that outlines the exploration of purchase options, enhancing the overall user experience and aligning with the company's goals. Show less

  I traveled to the UK to collaborate with students on a design project for our client. We prototyped and designed a therapy device that improves hand and arm mobility for those who have with cerebral palsy and strokes. We conducted research, created countless prototypes, and went in person to discuss wants and needs of the client as well.

In order to do this, they need innovation spaces.
