I have been a part of my school dance functions including GGM, Summerfest, Winterfest and Nritya Sandhya since childhood. Along with that, I am a professionally trained Kathak Dancer with a Visharad Degree in the same.

  I worked as an intern at Braintism - a psychotherapy and counselling centre for child behaviour. I understood different aspects of child behaviour, their symptoms and consequences as well. I was introduced to different sensory and cognitive activities that are used to integrate specific habits and skills in the children. It was a great experience of learning new things and working with children.

  I worked as an intern at Jash Hospital, under psychiatric, Dr. Chetan Hansaliya and psychologists, Devi Pandya and Vipul Vachhani. I experienced theory, terms and application of clinical psychology. I learnt taking patient histories, psychological tests like Roschach, identification of the problem and suitable solutions. As an intern, I learnt a lot of skills which are not only limited to Clinical Psychology, but conducting a hospital in general.

  I completed an internship at Heart It Out, an organisation promoting mental well being and supporting individuals through psychological services. This opportunity was a perfect step toward furthering my understanding of psychology and gaining hands-on experience in the field.

  I have started working as an intern at the Blue Parijaat Foundation. As part of my role, I’m working on course creation focused on social-emotional learning (SEL) for students in rural schools. Education goes beyond academics, and I’m passionate about fostering emotional intelligence, resilience, and interpersonal skills in young learners. Through this internship, I hope to contribute meaningfully to holistic education while deepening my own understanding of SEL in diverse learning environments.
