Using an in-house system to electronically arrive all the freight, create files and organisecollections from our warehouse.• I arranged many transhipment’s each week which I personally DG checked and x-rayed myself to speed up themovement of the freight. I would then arrange for them to be taken into other airlines and moved to finaldestination. This is also something I would do myself quite regularly to assure the freight moved within theexpected time frames.• A key member of many QAT (Quality Assessment Teams) which involved identifying & implementing ways toimprove internal & external services which was something new and out of the ordinary for me, but something Ienjoyed very much. The last project i was involved in was the new planning and implementation of the rebuildof our warehouse which helped to improve workload and profits throughout the year.• I continually strive to improve myself professionally, and to assist in progressing I completed the FedEx Horizonmanagement course.
