  Retired in May 2018 as a Lieutenant Colonel after nearly 32 years of service in the National Guard and Army Reserve. Last position was at STRATCOM at Offutt AFB for five years as a Mission Assurance Officer in the J34.Transferred to the Reserves in October, 2013 after 27 years in the South Dakota National Guard. Deployed in 2013-14 and served as the Operations Chief at the Office of Military Cooperation at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense.Held various positions in the SDNG including: Forward Observer, Fire Direction Officer, Platoon Leader, Liaison Officer, Battery Commander, Brigade Fire Control Officer, and Information Systems Officer (J6).Have a Top Secret (SCI) security clearance.
