  I worked within the Product Team at Johnston Press across multiple projects within an Agile environment. My role included understanding requirements from product owners and stakeholders to working with outsourced off-shore development teams. I have worked on the complete redesign of WOW247 which reached 1 million unique visitors in a month after it's relaunch and worked on the beta site of the Scotsman.com. During my time as a Business Analyst I have learnt a lot about SCRUM/Agile and have recently complete the Professional Scrum Master I assessment.   I'm working on the free websites Which? offer. I collaborate with a number of development teams include teams in London and Sofia, Bulgaria. We work within an Agile environment running two week sprints. Most of my time is spent collecting high-level requirements from the product manager and creating backlog tickets in Jira for the teams. I'm tasked with maintaining the backlog on a day to day basis while also keeping the product manager informed on the progress. I have also started to build up the documentation store using Confluence to increase visibility not only within the team but also with the rest of the business.
