  I worked as the Technical Project Manager for Sylantro - a Carrier Grade IP Centrex Solution start-up company which ‎was bought over by BroadSoft in 2009. I had a challenging multi functional role at Sylantro where I worked with the ‎Sales team in the Pre-Sales work, handled user trials and owned and completed implementation and customization ‎work, being onsite at various parts of the world.‎‎ Responsibilities‎ ‎Pre-Sales• Help the Sales team answer RFPs and setup user trials and demo ‎systems. ‎• Prepare service SoWs and work towards generating the Service Order.‎Project Management• Manage all aspects of the project starting from site planning, resource ‎allocation and implementation of the project• Work with the System Integrators and other Telecom vendors to deliver ‎customized solution to our clients.‎• On-site work: Project implementation, Setup UAT s FAT s.‎Cross Functional work• Liaison between the various departments like Engineering, Technical ‎support team and QA in order to raise, track and close defects.‎Key Projects ‎• Lawful Intercept Implementation at StarHub (Singapore): Worked with Sylantro’s partners SS8, Convedia, ACME and ‎Nuera to implement Lawful Intercept in three phases. ‎Result: LIM implementation is complete and it is now being used at StarHub. They have fulfilled the mandatory ‎government requirement.‎• Proof of Concept at Reliance Industries: Helped the sales team answer the RFP and finalize the test cases. I was on site ‎for 4 months and executed over 200 test cases out of which many were randomly created. I also trained the staff at ‎Reliance.‎• IMS implementation at Swisscom (Zurich) : Partnered with Ericsson in implementing IMS solution for Swisscom.
