  Roles and Responsibilities: Supplier end visits with GM APQP SQE to verify the procedures and quality of the products produced is according to the standard put forth by General Motors. Providing PPAP approvals based on Engineering Changes made to parts prior to shipment to GM assembly plant. To review all relevant design records/PPAP documentation submitted by GM suppliers before approving the quality of parts shipped to GM. Ensure that the quality standards are in accordance with PPAP standards put forth by Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). Review of EWO and defining PPAP requirements accordingly as per the information updated in E-Squared application. Working in close interaction with cross function team comprised of DRE, APQP SQE, validation engineers & GM buyers for planning and scheduling of parts to be made available for a build.  Actively involved with GM supplier to resolve the quality issue Responsible for carrying out Internal Quality Audits and monitoring of PPAP resolution quality team members.
