  As a member of the academic staff at the Postgraduate School of USU, I issue official decrees for appointing teaching faculty and thesis/dissertation examiners, manage records of homebase lecturers, and operate the Academic Information Management System which is called Sistem Informasi Akademik USU. Additionally, I helped to design the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Program, which accredits skills and knowledge gained outside formal education. These roles collectively support the efficient operation and continuous improvement of academic processes, promoting excellence and innovation within the institution. I work as writer, designer, and multimedia producer to produce content and ensure it aligns with the organization's goals and target audience. Using content management systems, I schedule and publish content while optimizing it for search engines to drive organic traffic. I monitor content performance through analytics tools and regularly update and maintain existing content. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I aim to enhance user experience and contribute to my organization's online presence and objectives. Show less
