      Responsible for management and oversight of product knowledge training, market intelligence, and brand service activities. This position provides leadership and guidance to Masco Representatives regarding development, budgeting, scheduling, activity creation and prioritization. The position is also responsible for staffing and recruiting of open positions.This position also provides operational support to ensure objectives of Masco Business Units, MSS and The Home Depot are met.       National Delta "Innovative Selling Tool" idea contest MASCO Jul 2012 MASCO held an innovative selling tool competition across the nation for Delta Faucet Company and my submission won. I created a product knowledge/selling tool calendar promoting our Delta Faucets and Delta made a prototype that went out to all Lowe's stores nationwide.
