      Selected Career Highlights:8/97-1/02 Stuttgart, Germany: Developed European Command (EUCOM) Survey and Assessment (ESAT) Crisis Deployment Packages. Deployed to Joint Analysis Center (JAC) Molesworth, England as SOCEUR representative during crisis planning related to the U.S. Embassy bombing in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in August 1998.7/93-6/95 Schofield Barracks, Hawaii: Responsible for 235 signals intelligence soldiers conducting 24/7 analysis and reporting operations. Developed and implemented a foreign language training program for 12 different languages.12/91-6/93 Ft. Shafter, Hawaii: Performed collection management functions for all Pacific theater-related (ARSOF) requests for intelligence, with special emphasis on counter-terrorist operations. Directed the production of all-source Target Intelligence Packages (TIP) with special emphasis on counter-terrorism and POW/MIA operations.12/90-5/91 Saudi Arabia/Iraq/Kuwait: During Operation Desert Shield/Storm, provided daily intelligence briefings to Assistant Division Commander (Maneuver) in preparation for combat operations. Traveled with, and personally advised the Assistant Division Commander (Maneuver) on the enemy situation during a 155 mile, 4-day combat operation involving six major engagements with the Iraqi Republican Guards.2/89-12/90 Ansbach, Germany: Supervised 12 cavalry scouts and 6 intelligence analysts supporting a Cavalry Squadron of 350 soldiers, 42 armored vehicles, 18 wheeled vehicles, and 18 helicopters. Managed a 24-hour Operations Center and supervised a security force of 100 personnel along 75 miles of the border between the former Federal Republic of Germany and former Czechoslovakia.8/87-1/89 Special Forces Detachment Commander, Ft. Devens, Massachusetts: Responsible for 12 Special Forces soldiers conducting training and wartime mission planning in the disciplines of operations, intelligence, weapons tactics, demolitions, morse code, and advanced medical procedures.
