Ensure housekeeping is being done and good parts are being packed and labeled correctly in accordance with the work instructions. Managed the injection molding floor, all the assemble departments, warehouse, maintenance department, quality department, and shipping and receiving department. Made sure all presses are running to optimal efficiency in accordance with the process documents. Created a training program to ensure everyone has documented training on all jobs they do.
