  I will be working on two policy projects with Pine Street Inn as part of a graduate fellowship. One project involves the design, execution, and analysis of a qualitative research study. The other project focus is writing policy and procedures for a new housing department within the organization. In this role, I manage all aspects of a women's homeless shelter operations during the day. This includes hiring, training, and evaluating a team of two assistant supervisors and ten guest services specialist to perform their assigned roles. My main goals are to ensure we perform all shelter operations tasks throughout the day while supporting and motivating our guests during this difficult chapter in their lives.
