  I am the project officer responsible for the Metro South Health staff engagement strategy - PAVE.I have developed and implemented an online portal for communication within the health service and co-ordinate regular "missions" for our culture champions to respond to.I also co-ordinated the inaugural Board Chair's Awards.I am the project manager for the ED Live project and research a strategy to partner with consumers to give them up to date information about accessing MSH Emergency Departments. I also project manage the outcomes of the "missions" from our Culture Champions.The other projects I am involved in are the LEAP - Learning Management System, and the Staff Engagement Survey conducted in October 2015.
