Part of the technical team working on a new fiber-optics smart coil technology project. Successfully negotiated a new wireline tender and got the first wireline rig assignment from Saudi Aramco. In charge of the “log analysis center” where a team of 2 log analysis prepare final logs and data interpretation reports. Position includes quality management roles such as implementing API-Q2 quality management standards, leading failure investigations and effective closure of action plans, evaluating competencies and designing training material and career development matrices.
