An internal product used by sales representatives to manage Premier customer order.o Lead research for a product by utilizing existing data, writing user interview scripts, facilitating interviews, synthesizing insights, and writing hypothesis. Capable of recognizing and managing bias. o Partner with product manager to leverage problem or needs, prioritization techniques, and risk and mitigation actives to build product strategies. o Creating user flows, empathy maps, user journeys to visualize user needs and interactions to internal and external partners. Show less I have worked on multiple product line under Customer Enablement Team for product line Self-Serve Store Management for Payment Options and Single Sign-on and OST Modernization for Address Wizard key page. The goals of the both product line is to modernize legacy tools used by the Premier Account Manager (PAMs) and Internal Sales Representatives (ISRs) to reduce their workload in this page.
