  JOB PROFILE:-• Inspect the materials received from suppliers with respect to GRN, MIS quality & quantity.• Enter work done detail into BPCS (A software like SAP for enter various details) including HOUR METER readings, parts consumption details as per machine wise, making WORK ORDER for parts issued to particular breakdown machine , link the work order to issued parts, various OIL and FUEL details, DRP for parts received etc.• Verification with Planner to ensure all work orders are correctly filled andensure that all parts that were issued are reflected on work orders.• Receive and supply goods to/from customers.• Doing stores issues for the stocks issuing to the production.• Prepare Monthly & Annually Material consumption & requirement reports.• Maintains the Store Inventory Level in view of monthly consumption.• Keeping records and inventory of stock and constant check on stock levels.
