Show less Description of Duties:- Writing progress and status reports, including statistical analysis of the data- Performance analysis and subsequent establishment of alternative lines of action plans in conjunction with the different areas involved- Design and management of performance indicators for monitoring and real time control - Scheduling of the tunnels (Tilos, Time-location diagram), civil constructions (Primavera) and finishing works (MS Project & Tilos)- Collaboration with other departments for estimations of production targets, cash-flow, breakdowns and breakings, installation of safety elements, etc.Major Achievements:- Created a weekly and monthly report to further analyse the earned value VS planned value and give the different departments realistic forecasts for their respective activities - Automated all reporting, drastically reducing the time and effort needed to perform the position, as well as the probability of error (less human intervention).   Project: MSD Swords Keytruda (> 25 M€) Client: Merck Biotech / Main Contractor: JV Jacobs & PM GroupWorked within the Joint Venture’s Management Team (Jacobs+PM Group) responsible for designing, building and commissioning a 43 000-sqm biotech facility.My duties included:- Monitored and lead the 4 contractors executing the CSA packages (Adco - walls, KSSL - steel, L&S - concrete and McLoughlin - flooring)- Linking the various contractors (CSA, Mech, Elec, HVAC) to the client and experts to ensure the efficiency of design, construction and commissioning- Leading the Clean Build protocol training given to all personnel working onsite (±2000 people)- Contributing to and maintaining a positive approach to Health & Safety awareness and team work on site by being present and delivering motivational speeches to the crews, especially in the toolbox meetings.Major Achievements:- Created an innovative approach called Safety Based in Emotions which aims to promote safety-awareness in the workforce through emotional techniques- Reached all major milestones on time and within budget- Raised funds of over €35k for the family of a labourer who lost his life on the road (on his leisure time) - 0 lost time accidents.
