  Directly supervise East Coast and Gulf of Mexico Operations staff at Marine Operations Center - Atlantic. Ensures operations, acquisitions, and personnel actions comply with applicable federal regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and NOAA policy. Coordinate and execute $4.2M Marine Operations Center - Atlantic budget for personnel and facilities (four buildings and six pier spaces) ranging from Mississippi to New Hampshire.- Superior planning skills that employ scarce resources to achieve impressive results.
