      Directly supervise East Coast and Gulf of Mexico Operations staff at Marine Operations Center - Atlantic. Ensures operations, acquisitions, and personnel actions comply with applicable federal regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and NOAA policy. Coordinate and execute $4.2M Marine Operations Center - Atlantic budget for personnel and facilities (four buildings and six pier spaces) ranging from Mississippi to New Hampshire.- Superior planning skills that employ scarce resources to achieve impressive results. Twice lead team to organize successful 5 day, 60 session, hybrid meetings in Arizona for over 100 in person attendees. Increased annual fleet submissions to global climate databases by 25% over two years. This includes collaboration with with National Weather Service and National Ocean Service to work around deprecated software and submit a total of 41,895 real time marine weather observations that were immediately integrated into forecast models.- Negotiated contract for data assembly center at NOAA Data Archive to quality control submitted data and ensure it is preserved as a national asset.- Lead team made up of university researchers, NOAA programmers, and ship personnel to leverage cloud technology and overcome inconsistent internet connections. Was able to move large amounts of data off ship into holding pen before submission to NOAA Data Archive. - Co-produced NOAA Environmental Data Management Workshop by vetting session topics, culling proposals, and organizing logistics. Successful high profile workshop attended by 125 people from across government and industry.- Office of Marine and Aviation Operations Principal on NOAA Scientific Integrity Committee that examined issues pertaining to scientific integrity including authorship and assisting with misconduct investigations. Adapted to extreme personnel issues between crew by securing all necessary outside assistance for numerous mediation, investigations, and interventions demonstrating a commitment to a respectful workplace..
