  James has over 50 years’ experience in the Construction industry and as a qualified Architect brings an experienced eye and a wealth of knowledge to the construction phase of any development.With an extensive portfolio of contracts under his guidance - ranging from private developments, to public works contracts, James was also to the forefront in developing and funding many advanced IDA factory units nationwide. One of the many high profile projects James constructed was ELAN Pharmaceutical plant in Monsktown Industrial Estate in Athlone, now known as Alkermes. The quality of work carried out for Elan was reflected in the repeat business that spanned over 20 years and continues to this date with Forest laboratories, Athlone Laboratories and ICON clinical research. This is a testament to the quality of his leadership.As Joint Director of Elliott Properties Ltd, James has a personal interest in achieving an exemplary standard of completion on all contracts. His dedicated workforce has followed him throughout the years and still continues to do so. Show less
