  1. I did my project in the finance department on the topic 'Finacial Ratio Analysis' under Mr. Bhagavatula Venkateswarlu, DGM- Finance Dept. I calculated financial ratios of JSW Steel, Tata Steel, and SAIL of last five years using the data available in their annual financial report and some data provided by my mentor. Compared these trends between these companies and finally added reasons and possible solutions to enhance these ratios.2.   I worked on two projects during my internship at ServiceNow. 1. Problem Management & Change Management : Using Performance Analytics which is an in-platform Analytics application in ServiceNow, We created management dashboards, reports on KPIs and metrics, and answer key business questions to help increase quality and reduce the costs of Service Delivery. 2. Automation of Group Section of Microsoft 365 Admin Center : with automation of the group request(creation/deletion/adding/removing/editing) within the organisation we managed to save resources of the company.I worked on Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Group, Powershell and ServiceNow for this project.
