  Responsible for recruiting and creating a therapeutic educational process for Trainees. As part of the process, we created a course where the students practiced for a 5-mile run in the municipal race. This course provided confidence and pride to 17 boys who all finished the race, with some even reaching the first place. We also created a process where the boys made their own film and screened it at the end of the year festivities. The program empowered the boys and provided educational opportunities in the city and abroad. Show less

  Project Manager - Student Village in Lod

  Managed a Student Village for the Bnei Akiva movement. The role included drafting novel marketing strategies for the recruitment of students and for the various activities and housing opportunities we provided.The role also required project management skills, creating 5 areas of volunteer work that were based on creating a measurable and sustainable impact.Another aspect of the role required oversight of the scholarship and the housing program of the Student Village. This included close contact with the funding bodies, and the creation of a database that would enable them to fund the scholarships based on the principle of transparency. This approach expedited the process and provided student housing solutions.Finally, the position also required management for the Village's youth at risk group for children in 1st-9th grades. It included recruiting, training, raising budgets, managing contacts with partners, working closely with volunteers, and handling decision makers in the field. Show less
