  The Project Manager (PM) has primary responsibility for managing a specific project or projects assigned by the Government to include project requirements, scope, budget, schedule and performance. PM monitors, adjusts and reports on project performance, budget and schedule. PM shall provide agreed to scheduled interim progress reviews with the Government. PM assists with proposing, implementing and enforcing Government policies, standards, and methodologies and is responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of studies, reports and acquisition documents. The PM shall work from the latest Government approved version of the Project Management Processes (PMP). The PMP is an evolutionary document that shall be updated annually at a minimum and as project changes occur. Show less
