      Helped launch DCG4, Canada’s single largest delivery station in 2020 and now dispatches between 25-55k parcels daily. Responsible for achieving station safety, quality, and productivity metrics. We use Agile management principles to identify and take quick action on operational gaps & safety opportunities to remove barriers for team members. I was selected to serve on the CA West Engagement team which set up various listening channels. This has helped the CA West region be in the World Wide Top 10 for Driver Engagement since July 2021(Out of 116 Regions Globally).• Launched the Delivery Associate (DA) of the Month program in Canada that has recognized more than 2000 delivery associates for their efforts since May 2021.• Established the DA Ride Along as another listening channel for station leadership to observe driver pain points & delivery app functionality. 83% Actionable findings and 600+ total observations submitted. • Aggregate data capture, visualization, analysis, and presentation of daily last-mile delivery station daily output & return data sets. • Working with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to ensure delivery completion & high OTD (On Time Dispatch) for last-mile deliveries.• Worked cross-functionally to improve key performance metrics (Parcel Not on Van – PNOV) and are now leaders in the region with <1000 Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) Since 2022 Q2.
