      Responsible for managing a range of technical cost saving projects. Producing business cases to show the benefits before managing the project through to inception. Responsible for arranging testing on development engines, assisting in writing certification reports for the engine.Highlight was creating a test to simulate a burst air transfer pipe, a novel test which involved liaising with various stakeholders to manage the risk involved and ensure a safe test.

      Planning and delivery lead for a multi-specialist engineering organisation of up to 326 personnel which provides bespoke capabilities to support Defence around the globe. Managing operations of dispersed teams across multiple countries and supporting their mission. Established effective engineering operations in support of a NATO mission, leading over 40 people to deliver operational equipment support across Estonia and Poland. Supported a fleet of 183 vehicles and additional equipment, worth in excess of £46m. Headed a team of around 30 multi-skilled mechanics & technicians, handling their engineering outputs, career management and professional development. Ensured compliance and safe practice through process development, quality assurance and effective communication. Engineering specific training for officers.
