In addition, I was a member of Lambda Kappa Signma, Rho Chi Pharmaceutical Honor Society, and served on the Student Liason Committee. I completed my PharmD at the Univeristy of Kentucky College of Pharmacy after completing pre-pharmacy coursework as an undergraduate at the University of Kentucky.       As a resident, I participated in patient rounds, patient presentations, topic discussions, critical care discussions with residents, students, and clinicans, and journal clubs. In addition, I provided many in-services to the medical and nursing teams. Furthermore, I gave multiple presentations, including an ACPE seminar presentation. I also completed a research project on the clinical outcomes in acute Type B aortic dissections in patients treated with and without beta blockers and am currently working on a manuscript for publication.
