Within this voluntary position, I tutored students who were struggling to learn mathematical concepts to aid in assignments. In doing this, I helped students to comprehend topics learned in classes and developed their understanding. One skill that aided in my ability to tutor was communication in a conversational style to stimulate the learning of lessons.

As a representative of the URBN brand, customer service was a primary goal along with maintaining store knowledge; this includes being informed on company priorities and goals. Collaboration with peers is a must along with maintaining a positive environment. I was able to demonstrate adaptability through learning new techniques from my peers.
